Your driver will welcome you at the airport and take you to your centrally located hotel! Check-in and relax! Time at leisure to explore the city on your own, do some shopping or enjoy watching people passing by in one of the many cafés lined next to the river Ljubljanica. Wrap up your night with dinner, an overnight in Ljubljana!
Breakfast at hotel. Meeting with your guide for a walking city tour of Old Town Ljubljana! A lively green city combining the charm of a small capital and the self-confidence of large European cities! Soak in the atmosphere, sample foods from street cafes, and make your way from one square to another. Afterward, take the funicular which will take you to the top of medieval Castle Hill. The Ljubljana Castle offers some great views over the city and the surrounding countryside! Time at leisure and an overnight in Ljubljana.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel! Your driver/guide will meet you at the lobby, head for a half day excursion to Bled Lake area. Upon arrival a private walking tour of Bled town accompanied by your guide will follow with a visit to Bled Castle, pletna boat ride and a visit to the Church of the Assumption of Mary that you reach after 99 steps. Make sure to ring a bell and make a wish!! For centuries Bled has been the symbol of natural beauty and home to fairy tales. Ascend the old 12th-century castle, perched on top of a steep cliff with spectacular views of the lake, the famous Bled Island and the surrounding peaks. The castle is not only home to fairy tale weddings, cultural events, and important protocol meetings, but also a museum of manual printing and a wine cellar.
